Hello! My name is Katie, but most people call me Rieger (that’s my last name) (it sounds like “eager,” but with an “R” in front of it). My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I am an Oakland-based digital product designer with 8+ years in civic tech. Currently, I am a full-time product design contractor in climate and health tech. Prior, I spent 4 years in health tech, where I led experience design for nationwide COVID-19 testing programs and health equity initiatives.

In my free time, I’m a community organizer, amateur off-road bike racer, illustrator, and artist.
